I build things.
I go kitesurfing to think.
And I iterate from there.
How I operate
Most things look more complicated than they are.
And some things look simple but really aren't.
I'm interested in the difference.
In listening to understand what actually matters.
And in building from there.
Not adding more, but focusing on less.
What I'm curious about
How companies actually operate.
Where things break,
and what holds them back from growing.
Sometimes the answer is technical.
Often it's not.
I like figuring that out.
What I think about lately
How AI changes the way we build things. Not someday, but now.
What happens when building a product takes days, not months. And what matters then.
How children develop, and what that teaches about learning.
And why getting something into someone's hands is harder than building it in the first place.
Most of what I know, I didn't figure out alone.
Manage & More taught me how to think about problems.
START Munich showed me what early-stage energy looks like.
Founders Kite Club is where I met people who build like I do.
Leadership Talents Akademie challenged how I lead.
Different places, but a common thread.
The people mattered more than the programs.
